What is the difference between “Bank” and “Online” payment methods in Deposit requests?

by selecting “Bank” as your payment method, a bank account information will be announced to you in tour request’s messages in our working hours, so you can transfer your requested amount to that bank account to charge your requested wallet. By choosing “Online” as your payment method you will be connected to an Online Payment Gateway after filling out your deposit application. You can charge any of TC wallets 24/7 using Online Payment Gateway.

What should I do if I deposit more or less than my requested amount?

If you have paid more, your request will be rejected and you will need to submit a new deposit request in accordance with the payment amount. If you have paid less, you can pay the rest of the amount in addition to the above method.

Is it possible to make payments in several parts and from several bank account?

Yes, you can deposit your requested amount in several payments after you have filed your deposit application, but you must fill in a separate payment information for each of your payments and the sum of all your payments should be equal to the amount you requested. All payments must also be made from your own bank account that has been previously registered and verified.

My Online deposit request is FAILED after paying my requested amount through the gateway. what is the problem?

The reason is using an unregistered bank card in your account. If the card is in your name, add it in “MY ACCOUNTS” section. Once your account is approved, your request will be processed and done. If the account is in the name of another person, please fully announce their card number in the “MESSAGES” section. The payment will be returned to you deducting 2.5% commissions of it.

Where can I the currency conversion rates and commissions?

Conversion rates and fees can be displayed at any requests below your desired amount.

How do I send information when depositing money into the recipient's TC wallet?

You will be able to state your desired information (including account numbers, payment details, etc.) in the “More info” section of your deposit requests.

Am I able to charge other users' wallets when submitting a Deposit request?

You can directly charge the wallet of any person or company at TC by selecting the “Third party” option in your Deposit application form.

There is no active and verified bank account error occurs when submitting a deposit request with “Online” payment method.

The reason is that your bank account information is not registered and verified. You will only be able to use the Online Payment Gateway if you have registered and verified your bank account information in “My Accounts” section from your dashboard.

I have filed a bank deposit application and have deposited the amount into the bank account which TC announced to me. But I can't add the payment information.
